Personal Mastery through Neuro Linguistic Programming

The program is centered around well-researched Eight Peak performance skills. Building Optimism and Engineering Success

According to all current research on Achievement, belief is the starting point. Many studies prove that belief precedes talent.

The program is aimed at building positive belief, so that positive results may follow.

A concise program that uses concepts from Skinner to Seligman, providing a comprehensive understanding of what causes optimism, pessimism and learned helplessness, the program helps participants assess their own level of optimism/pessimism. This is knit with an understanding of how beliefs are shaped allowing participants to gain an insight of how they program themselves for success or failure, and re-programme themselves.

Managing Stress through Mind-body Co-ordination

The programme synthesizes current understanding on stress perception, human stress handling mechanisms and behavioural patterns that are functional/dysfunctional in handling stress.

Stress related issues in an organizational context manifest as health, performance and behavioural issues. It is also commonly seen as the single most important issue in low performance of a competent person. Whole Brain Thinking
