INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS

The objective of programs targeted at individuals rather than teams is that they attain personal mastery. It is imperative that one is the master of oneself before one can lead a team. Personal mastery comes from not one skill or behavior, but an overall ability to use one’s mind-body complex effectively.

Managing energy, motivation, anxieties and stresses and leverage knowledge, connections and associations are all part of mastery. With this in mind, we offer a series of Personal Mastery programs targeted at individuals.

It is important to recognize that these program clusters are all built as “experiences” on the foundations of understanding individual diversity, learning styles, using sensory learning paradigms and neuropsychological inputs, and are not power point driven.

This is part experiential and part interactive program, based on neuroscience, principles of Biofeedback, mind-body coordination and biochemistry. While participants struggle at first to understand what and where the mind is, they discover systematically that what happens in the body, and how it happens, is what affects the brain and vice versa.

Participants achieve learning outcomes like being able to size the challenge, reframing it to stay resourceful, engaging in a productive analysis, understanding steps to well being and overcoming stress, and assimilate them both as on-demand strategies, and a baseline strategy.

They learn mind-body skills, lifestyle habits that contribute to mental well-being and experience changes in Biochemistry instantaneously, understanding how they can influence their own physical and mental states. They are exposed to various techniques and tools like “emotion monitors” and learn ways of regulating themselves.

Why do we behave the way we do? And why are we not able to do things we are not able to do? How can one reprogram oneself for success by rewiring oneself, and working on those aspects that are not currently leveraged?

This workshop uses both NLP (Neuro Linguistic Processing) and EI (Emotional Intelligence) concepts to bring about self-discovery. Participants identify their brain patterns, as well as emotional triggers through a detailed 18-page profile that outlines their “brain talents” and emotional skills, and their usage or lack of it. The program inspires participants to explore the links between their life outcomes, relationships, well-being, and productivity to their internal skills, step by step.

The value of this program to participants is that they can see below the external behavior and get a handle themselves, to reprogram their hidden talents.

Once discovered, this empowered self, propels them to reach their life goals and dare to be ambitious. Executive and life skills coaching are offered as an optional feature with this program.

EI is an area often relegated mistakenly to a “soft skill” side. Useful as feedback as well as input for business coaching, for Newly appointed leaders, or leaders prone to stress and anxiety.

The overall EI quotient of an organization contributes to the organizational DNA, and we help assess organizational EI strengths and developmental areas as well.
