The programme synthesizes current understanding on stress perception, human stress handling mechanisms and behavioural patterns that are functional/dysfunctional in handling stress.

Stress related issues in an organizational context manifest as health, performance and behavioural issues. It is also commonly seen as the single most important issue in low performance of a competent person. The issue assumes significance when the organizational is on an accelerated growth path, faced with new initiatives or changes.

The program addresses behavioural, bio-chemical, nutritional and thinking based aspects of stress and offers participants comprehensive action plans for overcoming stress/ burnout related performance issues.
